Testimonials
“I was just thinking back to how very damaged & painful my hand was when I first started seeing Nicola. To think that I have completely restored function & appearance seems miraculous now.”
- Karen N.

Hello, I’m Nicola
A registered physiotherapist and keynote speaker who specializes in pelvic health, chronic pain, orthopedics and vestibular rehabilitation.
I’ve personally seen people who’ve been dismissed, ignored, and doubted. When I founded Diamond Physiotherapy in Belleville, ON, I made it my mission to defy healthcare norms.
My clients will never feel like they’re on a conveyor belt. They’ll never be rushed out for the next appointment. And, if I’m doing my job right, they’ll be empowered to use their voice to decide what’s best for their bodies.
Rooted in education
I’m constantly seeking alternative methods, studies, and information to help deliver quicker, lasting success for my patients in-person, my audience at speaking engagements, and my followers online.
You can count on me to speak in detail about:
“I was just thinking back to how very damaged & painful my hand was when I first started seeing Nicola. To think that I have completely restored function & appearance seems miraculous now.”
- Karen N.

Whether it’s pelvic health, menopause, sexual wellness, or just helping women feel stronger in their own skin—I love nothing more than getting in front of a group and opening up conversations that matter.
As a physiotherapist with over 20 years of experience, I speak regularly to women, healthcare professionals, and community groups about the human body, the healthcare system, and how physiotherapy fits into the bigger picture. I bring real-world experience, plenty of practical advice, and a down-to-earth approach to topics that often get overlooked.
My goal? To create a safe, honest space where people can ask questions, learn something new, and walk away feeling informed, empowered, and maybe even a little bit lighter.
If you're looking for a speaker who keeps it real, delivers valuable insight, and isn’t afraid to tackle the “awkward” stuff—let’s talk.

As a registered physiotherapist, my work requires continuous education. I’ve completed over 40 continuing education courses, particularly on pelvic health and chronic pain management. I’m passionate about educating others and grateful for the opportunity to talk openly and honestly about health. I believe in treating the person, not the parts.
